Sidney, if had not been for you, many of us would not find it possible to look back on achievements such as: receipt of Ph. D. degrees; discovery of new knowledge; ability to enjoy professional activities which had been closed to many of us, and enhancement of academic facilities for our students to use and blossom.
You gave us your time, knowledge and terrific work so that we might enjoy success where others thought that we would fail. You are a valuable jewel which we all cherish and appreciate.
Thank you for being a valuable friend to all of us. You are special to us and represent all of us.
