Hotel registration fees
Attendees are responsible for their own expenses related to travel, parking, lodging, and any other incidental charges. All 2026 RCMI Consortium National Conference events, except for the Networking Poster Sessions, will convene at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda Hotel in Bethesda, Maryland. Marriott AC is available as the overflow hotel for lodging.
The RCMI lodging rates below apply to the Hyatt Regency Bethesda host hotel and Marriott AC overflow hotel, subject to room block availability and each hotel's policies. The housing discount deadline for Hyatt Regency Bethesda is June 30, 2026. The housing discount deadline for Marriott AC is June 30, 2026. Reservation requests received after the applicable hotel room block is filled or after the applicable housing discount deadline will be subject to prevailing rates and availability at the hotel's discretion. Room rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 13%, and other governmental-imposed fees in effect at the time of the conference.
