The Hyatt Regency Bethesda Hotel is the host hotel. Discounted rooms are based on hotel availability, room block availability, and hotel policies.
Attendees should plan airport transfers, rideshare, parking, and local transportation based on personal travel arrangements.

Hotel registration fees
Attendees are responsible for their own expenses related to travel, parking, lodging, and any other incidental charges. All 2026 RCMI Consortium National Conference events, except for the Networking Poster Sessions, will convene at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda Hotel in Bethesda, Maryland.
Discounted rooms are based on hotel availability. Reservation requests received after the meeting room block is filled or after the discount deadline will be subject to prevailing rates and availability at the hotel’s discretion. Room rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 13%, and other governmental-imposed fees in effect at the time of the conference.
